Winner - Team Whitestar!
The
final judging event for Hidden Agenda was a tough
one—five spectacular games were presented,
surprising and impressing the judges, advisors
and the Liemandt Foundation itself. Each game
appreached Stealth Education in a unique and innovative
way, pushing forward the notion that learning
can truly be fun for middle school students.
Here
all the teams celebrate their status as finalists
with Richard "Lord British" Garriott
in his amazing Austin Mansion:

While
each team deserves huge accolades for success
beyond even the Foundation's goals in setting
up the Hidden Agenda contest, David Nikdel, Jason
Schwartz, Joshua Sachs and Richard Hamrick at
University of Central Florida took home the big
check.

Now,
enough about last year. Old news anyway. Let's
get down to you.
So
you’ve decided to enter.
Congratulations! Now the real work begins. This
is the spot for everything you need to know to
win.
By
now, you've probably pulled together a great team
and you’ve come up with a game idea that
will smarten up even the toughest 8th graders.
You’ve picked a platform and a design engine.
And you’ve got a solid build strategy. Right?
Even
if you think you’ve got all the answers,
hang on a sec. Before you jump in, do some research.
Learn a little bit about stealth education and
about the latest dev strategies. Don't think of
it as homework—think of it as your ticket
to $25K.
You
may also want to see what other people are doing.
Soon, every entrant will be able to post a team
page with any information they'd like to share
about themselves or their game (only accessible
to other entrants). What you put on the page is
up to you. You don’t want to give away TOO
much, but keep in mind that our game experts and
advisors will be perusing through these pages.
If you give them a little data to go on, maybe
they’ll offer you a few helpful hints.
