The Foundation collects information by providing
forms for you to fill out. Filling out these forms
is necessary to participate in the Contest, and
this information may be used by the Foundation
to conduct the Hidden Agenda Contest.

The Foundation may use your information to conduct
the Hidden Agenda Contest, and the Foundation
may also disclose aggregated information to third
parties.
Additionally,
the Foundation may also release your information
when the Foundation believes, in good faith, that

with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any
of our user agreements, or (iii) protect the rights,
property or safety of the Foundation, the Foundation’s

At any time, you may request to update or correct

no further communications from the Foundation

While the Foundation strives to protect your personal

to us, and you do so at your own risk.

data, or solicit personal information. The Foundation
does not have any control over these other sites,
and is not responsible for actions or privacy

by The Foundation of any of the policies of the
